Bend the Knee - Part Two
30 - 60 mins • 45m

This work is complemented with exercises for the back of the knee where we use the distal hamstrings to fortify knee flexion. The props we'll use in this session are two yoga blocks, a broomstick, a stability ball, and a yoga bolster (or two stacked, dense pillows).
