Grab yourself a blanket or something you can slide on (paper plates for example). In this class we'll focus more on the lower part of the body but the upper part won’t be left behind. Using the blanket we’ll find more engagement through some common poses so that we can use that any other time. Hope you enjoy it!
Enjoy this low-key practice where we explore lateral flexion and side body sensation. You will need a blanket, blocks, and a strap or band for this class.
Working your way (with strength) in the direction of the splits. This practice will get your hamstrings and hip flexors warm and moving. Also, there's a fun little thing at the height of the practice to do with floating hands. Make sure you have fun with it 😉.
