For years I have hated twisting poses because they would feel good when I was doing them but then as soon as the class ended I would experience that dull ache and sharp twinging pain in my lower back. Learning to twist and allowing my pelvis to move with my spine changed all that. This class will explain this technique enabling you to twist from the thoracic part of your spine without creating the stress at the sacroiliac joints. The class explores 1 seated twist, 3 standing twists and a reclined twist.
