A great way to start or end your day. Starting on the floor and eventually building up to standing we will fire up and strengthen the muscles of our core. All you need is some room and a towel or light blanket.
The hamstrings won't be allowed to escape the work here - where sometimes we might find other areas of our body trying to help out a lot, this time we're going to take our sweet time and use our dedicated attention to really hone in on these hammies. It's a good "roll-outta-bed-and-get-things-ready" type of practice. The plan is to have you ready to take on the day after that - with a little more resilience of the tissues. Come and move with me before you tackle the day.
