Up, Down, and Around
30 - 60 mins • 32m
This class is perfect for those days when you don’t need a full warm up or cool down, and you want to get right to the heart of the practice. During this slow-moving practice, you’ll be using props to support yourself as we traverse in and out of familiar poses.
Some transitions might be new and potentially awkward, so let’s have some fun with that. We’ll prep the feet, knees, and hips before we layer in a bit of complexity and repetition. The only required props for this class are two yoga blocks, but a bolster, dowel, and a wall could be used strategically along the way.
