Block o'Clock
Detour PROPosition • 41m
It’s time to play with blocks, balance and strength in today's class. We bring some attention to the thoracic spine, scapula, shoulders and neck with some isolated strength and mobility work in a quick 40 minute practice. Lower body movement is incorporated into a short flow towards the end of the practice. In this class we use two blocks, you may also find a blanket or bolster helpful in prone positions. Warning: proprioception work with blocks may cause giggling and brain confusion!

Get ready to feel a little frustrated with me with this one ;) Have a block at the ready, as we're going to be using it to both decrease stability and symmetry throughout this class.
