A full-body practice where we explore strength and stability through the core, upper body and lower limbs. We'll then integrate these connections through a flow that will have your body feeling balanced and at ease.
A great way to start or end your day. Starting on the floor and eventually building up to standing we will fire up and strengthen the muscles of our core. All you need is some room and a towel or light blanket.
It's a good "roll-outta-bed-and-get-things-ready" type of practice. The plan is to have you ready to take on the day after that - with a little more resilience of the tissues. Come and move with me before you tackle the day.
