In the DVS, you can practice with teachers from all over the world and experience a unique approach to led classes that are creative without being overly complex, and strong while still being accessible. Each practice will leave you feeling grounded and at ease, despite the fact that we broadcast from our homes where pets, partners and little ones sometimes make guest appearances.

Hello from a small town in cloud forest of Veracruz, México, where I live and from where I record the DVS classes. I have been immerse in body movement for all my life, I grew up close to the beach where I used to go running barefoot and swimming with my dad until I went to college to a where I met yoga, and took my first TT in Mandala Vinyasa.
A while ago I was a very intense AcroYoga teacher and practitioner, it got so intense that it ended up with a shoulder injury, a result of a lot of emotional and physical stress trying to be prefect in the shapes and forms. I knew it was not working for me anymore because it became more a competition than a way of creating community, so I left it.
At this time, I started following Cecily on IG, I took DMO and later I did a Movement for Trauma training with Jane Clapp, these two became my main influences in my practice and teaching. In my classes I bring tools to create a container where you get to inhabit your body in a way that feels safe and comfortable, listening to your own needs and making felt choices that empower yourself inside and outside the mat.
