TFL Targeted Movement Bite
Detour Top 10 Tasting Menu • 25m
Taking some time to zoom-in on the TFL, you'll be challenged and you may get a few wonderful cramps, but you'll also likely feel some more freedom after this practice. The TFL is an oft under-appreciated muscle - especially for the walkers and runners amongst us. Also, if you've ever had weird lateral knee discomfort, this practice could have your name on it. A block could be handy here.
