Detour Top 10 Tasting Menu • 25m
Taking some time to zoom-in on the TFL, you'll be challenged and you may get a few wonderful cramps, but you'll also likely feel some more freedom after this practice. The TFL is an oft under-appreciated muscle - especially for the walkers and runners amongst us. Also, if you've ever had weird lateral knee discomfort, this practice could have your name on it. A block could be handy here.

This short, gentle sequence brings awareness to the spine through flexion, extension and rotation. It's the perfect practice to either add to another class, combine with your regular workout or do on its own to start or end the day.
Movement Fusion: Shoulders
Enjoy this amalgamation of scapular & shoulder mobility, familiar yoga asana, and some relaxing yin-like postures to complete your practice. You’ll want a strap or scarf and a yoga block for this session.
