In the DVS, you can practice with teachers from all over the world and experience a unique approach to led classes that are creative without being overly complex, and strong while still being accessible. Each practice will leave you feeling grounded and at ease, despite the fact that we broadcast from our homes where pets, partners and little ones sometimes make guest appearances.

Back Body Breathing: L3 to L5
Explore the relationship between the feet and pelvis in combination with directed breathing to the segment bordered by the bottom of the lumbar curve and the sacral region. Bring desired tension to the sacral band of connective tissue utilizing pressure and force via the breath. You’ll never hear the term “tuck the tail” again and not think of the skills you developed in this practice. Suggested props include a blanket, blocks, and something soft and round (an inflatable ball or folded blanket) – but you can make do with whatever you have around the house.
