Moving Meditation - Midday Flow
Don't quite have a full hour to spend on your mat today? Join Cecily for this moving meditation. We'll use the Isolate-Activate-Integrate approach to fuse breath with body, movement with mindfulness. Having some blocks nearby could be helpful, but not essential.
