Subdued Shoulder Moment
Sara Paige • 30m
This class explores a bit of flexion, extension, and rotation in the glenohumeral joint. We'll target the pecs and delts as well as the muscles that connect to your scapulae. This practice is mostly easeful, and you're invited to dial down or rev up the intensity to elicit the appropriate amount of sensation. There will be pauses in the verbal instructions to induce a more meditative state. You will want two yoga blocks and a blanket. A bolster is optional.
