Esta clase te guiará a través de movimientos que retarán tu estabilidad y tu core. Ten un bloque a la mano porque lo vamos a usar. Te invito a que lo pases bien, así como lo hice yo cuando morí de risa por no poder hablar y activar el abdomen al mismo tiempo.
