Each practice will leave you feeling grounded and at ease, despite the fact that we broadcast from our homes where pets, partners and little ones sometimes make guest appearances.

Lower Body Strength Practice
Squat time! This will be a lower body strength practice. Have a block on-hand and a heavier hand weight or kettle bell if you have one (20lbs used here). Get ready for some work!
