Segmented Breathing Series with Jules Mitchell

Segmented Breathing Series with Jules Mitchell

Yoga Detour is honoured to welcome our first Guest Instructor, Jules Mitchell. As an author, educator and leader in the yoga and movement community, Jules has created a series of four exceptional classes specifically for the Detour Virtual Studio. Each practice will guide you into a mindful state of awareness, connecting the breath to different segments of the back body. Integrating this awareness into familiar asana positions provides endless opportunities for introspection and exploration. We recommend moving through the series in chronological order, starting with "Head to T9" and working your way toward the Back Body Breathing Integration class.
